PRODUCTS

As a small business, we strive to keep all of our products in stock as much as possible, but due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up to be notified via email when it's back in stock. Simply go to the product's description page and click on the "Notify me when available" button. If an item has been discontinued, it will no longer be available on our site.

We offer a mix of handmade and custom-manufactured products. For more information about a specific product, please refer to its individual product page.

We are committed to providing products that are as ethical and environmentally friendly as possible. While the majority of our products are already vegan and cruelty-free, we are constantly striving to improve and work towards making all of our products fully vegan and/or cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we carefully vet our labs/manufacturers to ensure that our products are ethically sourced and produced. You can check the product page for a full list of ingredients and information on our sourcing practices.

We believe in transparency and honesty with our customers, and we want to let you know that while we strive to use ingredients that are safe for the majority of people, we cannot guarantee that all of our products are completely free of harmful substances. We do our best to avoid using ingredients that are known to be harmful, but we also use synthetic ingredients as substitutes for some natural ones. We encourage our customers to check the ingredients listed on each product's page to ensure that they meet their personal standards.

If you're concerned about allergies, we recommend carefully reading the ingredients listed on each product page. We also suggest consulting with your doctor to determine if any specific ingredients may cause a reaction. Lastly, we highly encourage performing a skin test before using any new product. If you're uncertain about a product, we advise refraining from purchasing it until you have more information. Our top priority is your safety and satisfaction with our products.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly research the ingredients listed before making a purchase. If you're unsure if you've purchased the product or not, please double-check your order history. If you think you may have had an allergic reaction to one of our products, we recommend that you discard it and consult with your doctor. Ensuring a clean and safe environment is a top priority for us. We take great care in the production and handling of our products to ensure they meet our high standards. Despite launching in the midst of a pandemic, we have always maintained a clean workspace to ensure the safety of our customers. Additionally, our custom manufactured products are also produced in safe environments that meet strict requirements.

Our products are proudly made in New York City, USA. While some components of our products may be sourced from other regions of the world, we ensure that they meet our high standards for quality and safety. Any such components will be clearly listed on the product packaging, so customers can be fully informed about the origins of the products they purchase.

As the owner of NAJEUQ, I am more than happy to wear and incorporate our products into my everyday routine. We have spent years testing and perfecting our products, and we are proud of the quality we offer. So, yes, we definitely wear the products we sell and encourage our customers to try them out as well.

We do not currently offer samples for purchase. However, we do occasionally offer promotional samples at random. We encourage you to explore our product descriptions and customer reviews to make informed decisions about your purchases.

Our lip oils and lip glosses are handmade, and while we ensure that the ingredients used are consistent, there may be slight variations in consistency and color between batches. It's perfectly normal for liquid products to change color over time, so rest assured that the quality of the product remains the same. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

SHIPPING

Currently, our free shipping offer applies to orders over $50 (US) or $75 (Canada). While the offer is not available for international orders at this time, we are always looking to enhance our services and may consider expanding this option in the future.

Thank you for your order! We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, except on U.S. holidays. If you selected our standard shipping option, your order will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with USPS tracking information.
Please note that standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive via USPS.

We use USPS for now.

Unfortunately, our shipping is limited to the United States, its Minor Islands and Canada. However, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future as our business grows and we are able to better support our customers around the world.

Sometimes shipping labels are printed before we send out the order. We triple-check each package to make sure everything is included. Receiving a tracking number means that USPS has been notified to expect a package. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, which can take 2-5 days depending on our current volume. If there are any issues that affect your order, we will contact you.

Please contact us via email (customers[at]najeuqcosmetics.com) within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

Once you receive your confirmation, your order cannot be modified. You can cancel your order if you email customers[at]najeuqcosmetics.com before your order has been processed. Make sure you do this with us as soon as possible with:
- your full name
- order name
- subject line: "CANCEL ORDER ######"

We'll do our best to accommodate you if your order hasn't already been processed and shipped.

If your order was lost/stolen, please provide proof from the mail carrier service (USPS). This will be addressed at our earliest convenience.

Once we send refunds, you'll have to contact your bank to retrieve the funds. Refunds usually take 3-7 business days to return to your card.

Great to hear that you want to try out makeup! We offer many products that are beginner-friendly, and we believe in a "no rules" approach when it comes to applying makeup. Over the years, many beauty experts have given out rigid guidelines, but that's not our style at NAJEUQ. Our mission is to empower you to create your unique look with ease.
