Eligibility
The VIP Membership program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. It's available to customers who have purchased the VIP Membership Card and signed up for VIP newsletters, indicating your agreement to receive our exclusive communications.
Membership Benefits
VIP members are entitled to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to early access to new product launches, VIP-only sales and discounts, personalized beauty recommendations, exclusive beauty events, workshops, and more. Benefits may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
VIP Membership Card
The VIP Membership Card is a physical representation of membership. It is personalized and non-transferable. It must be presented during in-person purchases at events or exhibitions, or the associated name must be used during online purchases to access VIP benefits.
Subscription and Fees
The VIP Membership fee covers the cost of the physical card and its shipping. The fee is non-refundable once the card has been issued. There are no recurring fees associated with the VIP Membership program.
Membership Duration
VIP Membership benefits are ongoing and do not expire. However, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the VIP Membership program at our discretion.
